"What's the secret of your success?" a visitor to our offices ask me recently. Not the first time I've had the question as I imagine anyone who is successful has experienced. My answer is always the same "People". In business the people you surround yourself with should be as enthusiastic, motivated and capable as you are. As a company we have always focused above all on building a team of ambitious people who enjoy what they do. The more we have honed the team using that ethos the more successful we have become.
