Whatever your business concept there are a few golden rules to live by. But the most important thing to remember is the famous accountant's mantra; 'turnover is vanity, profit is sanity, but cashflow is reality'. No matter how successful your business is the game is over once you run out of money. Focus on profit and cashflow and you are halfway to success.
