Interactive Merchandisers:

These units not only allow you to display, promote and sell the CD's in a very visual way in store, but they also allow the consumer to hear a sample of the music title before purchase, as well as helping to give your store some ambience. We have been developing and producing Interactive Merchandisers since it's initial concept in the early 1980's. Our market research has always shown that they increase CD sales by a ratio of 4-1 over just displaying CD's on the shelves. Graphic panels and master MP3 chips and CDR's which allow the system to operate are produced free of charge and changed as your CD selection changes at least twice a year. Our new Interactive systems include many new exciting features which enhance both the ambience of your stores and offer consumers a greater opportunity to hear more music tracks.

Ambient Volume

A frequent issue for many customers is getting the volume at the optimum level. When your store is quiet and you set the system to the ideal volume it is then too low for the shopper to hear when your store is busy. Conversely, if you set the volume to suit a noisy environment it is uncomfortably loud when you are not busy. With more customers using our systems as a ‘complete in store music system’ we have designed a system which automatically senses the noise in your store and adjusts the volume to keep it comfortable. If the shopper still finds the music too low for their enjoyment they can increase the volume using touch controls on the panel. However they can only increase the volume to a maximum level set by you and even then it will revert to your normal preset level after playing the customers selected track.

Huge Music Library

Our new systems now contain several days of music stored digitally for optimum quality and performance. This means that our systems can work both for demonstration purposes for shoppers and also provide in store music without playing the same music repetitively during the day. Our ‘unique play’ feature means that you won’t hear the same tracks played over and over. Not only that, but when after a few days the system uses its entire repertoire, it will generate a new play list with a new unique combination of tracks. In order that your shoppers can get a better idea of the album before they buy, they can now choose from several tracks on each album.

Intelligent Power

At the end of the day most customers want to switch off the system and currently do so by taking out the main plug. Our 2005 systems feature a hidden sleep button that switches off the system. However should someone forget to switch it on the next day then a shopper pressing any button on the system will restart it automatically. If you wish to use the system purely for demonstration purposes rather than having it play continuously in your store, you can simply set it to play a track once every few minutes. You can also decide the gap between the tracks, ranging from one to thirty minutes.

Setup – the way it should be!

If like most of us you think programming video recorders and other equipment should be left to tekkies and the kids then you will love our new systems. Press a hidden button and the system talks to you allowing you to set up the system options to your specific requirements without needing a manual. Our new design allows complete flexibility so that you can have any number of large square 'feature' titles and in any position on the graphic panel.

Our sound systems have been developed for us by one of the best International speaker manufacturers. Enhanced 10 watt 18cm speakers are all quality tested and are designed to compliment the merchandiser stand acoustics. They are 70% more powerful than previous systems used.
